How does the delivery process work?

• To begin with, our system processes your order and your products are inspected meticulously to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are properly packed and handed over to our reliable delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then transport the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided mailing address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with information regarding the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
• You can track the status of your package from the tracking link in order related emails and in your account section on the website (if user account has been created).

Is there any shipping charge applicable on my order?

• Generally, we have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
• Shipping charges between Rs.40 – Rs.100 per invoice per delivery depending upon the radius for the operating radius to all orders below Rs.500, whereas the shipping if free for all orders above Rs.500.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Pushphenna generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• Items in your order may ship at different times, depending on their availability.
• Pushphenna will make every effort to process orders within due time. Pushphenna is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather conditions, unforeseen events, or force majeure situations.
• Upon purchase, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days. Nevertheless, delivery can take more than ten business days in remote areas depending on the billing address.
• To ensure the security of purchases, Pushphenna may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to the distribution center and inventory availability.
• Unless otherwise specified, delivery periods are estimates and should not be construed as guarantees, and Pushphenna shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or failure to deliver within such periods.
• On the product page, please enter your default pin code in order to obtain more accurate delivery times. Pushphenna currently offers its products in select PIN codes and areas.
